The Cure for What Ails Me

Thanks for all the supportive words about last night, everyone. I promise that wasn't a pathetic attempt for comments, I was just really miffed about that review. And, as I said, it falls into the category of MODF (my own damn fault).

Anyway, I found the right thing to perk me up last night here. (Lisa, you have outdone yourself this time, girlfriend.)

I will also approach my kickboxing class with new fervor today. Take THAT! Hiiigh-YAH!

And, any remnants of grouchiness will be laughed away with my plans for tonight--meeting the girlfriends at a comedy club with a two drink minimum. So glad that was already on the schedule as it couldn't come at a better time. YAY!

In summary, I have or plan to:
  1. Laugh My Ass Off
  2. Kick Some Air Ass and Work My Own Ass Off
  3. Laugh My Ass Off Again
Yeah, it's all good. So, have a rockin' day!

Opinions are like assholes - everybody has one. But, that doesn't mean they are right. I would keep coming to your site if I didn't find something meaningful, a person I feel I have things in common with, and good writing.

Have fun tonight!

Hey--have you ever noticed that the MODF things irritate way worse than stuff that's someone else's fault? ;)

Have a nice night!

Steph. Just saw you on Blogging Baby and didn't know if you were writing tongue in cheek or if you were serious about the stars.

It's a new thing with Blogging Baby. BB rates the commenters and they don't quite have it set up yet. They will be your stars and they will grow.

I'm sitting there with 9 but it's rated in my case on quantity and longevity. I know because I asked them how come "hi and welcome" rated more stars than some really good comments by other people. They emailed back and explained it and then explained it in a post a few days ago. They probably should add it to their side bar.

Reading back through your blog now.

I'm so glad to hear you are feeling better. I read your blog a lot and was worried their wouldn't be any entries for a while. I'm glad to see you are back to yourself.

And don't let those reviewers get you down - you're blog is amazing - I love your colours, your fonts, and your posts! Those reviewers wouldn't know talent if it bit bit them in the ....well, you know what I mean.

Rule number One of writing:
1. The author is truly creative and brilliant!

Rule number two: most reviewers have no clue as to what you are trying to say.

Rule number three: In case of bad review, see rule number 1!

I didn't even know there were such things as website reviewers. And any reviewer who got that you were depressing instead of insightful, thought provoking, deep, honest, caring and funny, is a pile of hoo-ha in my book. You are wonderful,Steph!

Hope you had a wonderful time with your friends.

Btw, what is this website review? Does this group have the right to give such remarks?
