I too LOVE David Cook!! I downloaded his song onto my iPod...
I'm sadly disappointed by the girls in general; those two did well, but compared to the guys I thought the gals overall were weaker.
Oh, I am NOT an Amanda fan! I don't think she's bad, I'm just already tired of her voice. I'm so bummed, American Idol was mysteriously deleted last night when we were only about 20 or 30 minutes into it. Boo!
HAHa! Great haikus! My husband thinks David Cook is so cool..but I wish he'd lose the comb-over! Maybe get a bandana or cap or something...hmmmm
And I thought the biker nurse did great last night! She's so Elvisey with her curled lip ;-)
I agree about the comb-over, Nicole...completely!
I like the biker chick, but I do think she's too specifically one style of music. This is what happened with Taylor Hicks too, I think. It needs to be someone who can change and sing other things.
Irish girl could do it, but honestly I think the men have it in the bag this season.
