More of my nonsense...

Will wonders never cease? My endless ranting was published somewhere other than this stinky old cat box. Check it out at:

If I get more than one published, or get my act together, I'll add it to my sidebar. A big thanks to blogging pal, Irene, for encouraging me to go for it.

Ok, I am sooooo jealous....I have to make up fake news stories and here you are a published author! It was really a really great piece, I'd give you chrome medal for that one!

Congratulations! Let me share my version of the same story with you: last year, a parenting magazine asked me to write a host sidebar on childproofing a cottage, and I agonized and agonized over it (it was, like, 150 words or something). Finally, it was ready and I sent it in... and then they never paid me.

Parenting magazine? You owe me $240.

(and also? There are a LOT of Texan bloggers. Why?)

Congrats!!
Great article! It's why I chose to Homeschool my kids from grade 4 on. They wanted to go back to HS but I think they would have been so much better off if they hadn't.

thanks btw for your warm well wishes on my baby annoucement the other day. i am also quite interested in what you mentioned about your kids' interaction considering the 5 year gap. That is actually an issue i'm facing now (which I posted on my site just now), how to get my son to accept a new baby???
