Wanted: DFW for the CMC
Drama-Free Woman to engage in friendship with a Crazy MomCat who has grown tired of her gender’s ability to turn on itself and tear itself down. Must be loyal, fun, and trustworthy. Looking for a candidate who has enough self-confidence to manage her own life most of the time without assistance, and who avoids meddling in the lives of others unless invited. Lover of Tex-Mex, margaritas and other frozen concoctions, cheesy t.v. shows, pop culture, and music a must. Proficiency with email and computers, a plus. Obsessive blog reading and commenting encouraged. Understanding of perfectionism, self-sabotage, and self-deprecating humor beneficial in this role. Gossipers or backstabbers need not apply. Comment to apply for this position. EOE.

My Kindred Spirit,

I could not have written this better if I had written it myself!

-Entrepreneur with zillions of ideas but no one to listen
-Lover of margaritas (with salt) and Tex-Mex food with very few others nearby to share in my near-obsession of such delicacies
-Perfectionist and obsessor over all things to the point of paralyzation!

-Smart and well-read on several subjects and can converse with anybody about most anything... just choose not to. Sometimes keeping my mouth shut is more mysterious... a girl can dream, right?

I am pretty handy
Type damned fast
Obsessed with refreshing my screens

Too funny! Loved your post and off the cuff, I hope you liked my response! Where are you in the 'burbs of Houston?

Hey, I fit that description to a T, although I like my margaritas on the rocks to avoid brain-freeze.
Alas, I am not without flaws, such as forgetting why I got up off the sofa or why I went upstairs.

Just me--I'm in the Northwest--in Cypress. How about you? Thanks for stopping by and it does sound like we have a lot in common!

Karen--u crack me up!

Ame--I forget where my keys are at least 3-4 times a day and am even worse with the cordless phone and tv remotes! HA!

Hiya! I like to read and comment on other epopels blogs but have no talent to write one of my own. The Tex-Mex and Margaritas sound good though! Can I do it long distance from Ireland?

I say we all get together and take a trip to Ireland and have margaritas with Alison!

Seriously, wish I lived in Houston and we could be buddies, Momcat!
